An open house in honor of the 90th birthday of former Leland resident Jeanetta Gibson will be held Saturday, Sept. 1.

Gibson invites her friends and family to share birthday cake with her from 1 to 4 p.m., Sept. 1 at 8915 E. Fouch Rd. in Elmwood Township. Gibson was born Aug. 31, 1922.
