The Lake Leelanau Lake Association will hold an Ice Cream Social from 1-4 p.m. Friday at the Village Green in Leland. The event is open to the public and ice cream is $2 a serving with toppings provided. Anyone who signs up for membership in the Association will get free ice cream.

Music at the event will be performed by Lennie McNeil and children can enjoy free face painting by Painted Lady Face Art.
