Jen Murphy, development director for the Leelanau Outdoor Center, will be the guest speaker at the next meeting of the Glen Lake Woman’s Club set for next Wednesday, Sept. 5.

Murphy will speak about outdoor and character-building programs provided by the Leelanau Outdoor Center for students and adults. A business meeting will follow the noon gathering at the Glen Lake Community Reformed Church, 4902 W. MacFarlane Rd.

Members are asked to bring a sack lunch. Dessert will be provided.
