A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Philip Neri Church in Empire for Hope Iva Skinner of Glen Arbor Township who died Aug. 27 at Munson Medical Center.

She was 90.

Hope was born Nov. 1, 1921 in Minneapolis to Edward and Alberta (Whittier) Sylvester.

Visitation for family and firiends will be held at St. Philip Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. with the rosary to be prayed at 6.

The family is being served by Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home.
