Man, 94, awaits extradition hearing in sexual assaults

A 94-year-old man, arraigned last month in Traverse City for allegedly sexually assaulting two boys in the state of Wyoming, was released on bond on Sept 29.

William H. Bricker was arrested Sept. 23 at Tendercare Health and Rehabilitation in Garfield Township.

According to court documents secured by the “Jackson Hole News and Guide,” Bricker is accused of assaulting a boy in the summer of 1962 and the summer of 1985.

Bricker was released from jail on tether for medical reasons and is staying at 5850 N. Oak St. in Glen Arbor, according to court documents.

His next court date, an extradition hearing, is scheduled for Oct. 27 in Traverse City.
