McGrath, 23, 11484 M-72, Acme — Sentenced to one year probation with credit for one jail day served for driving on a suspended license, failure to report an accident; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs; no violence; to attend Adult Highway Safety Panel, Impact Panel; drug testing twice per month; discretionary urine screens; to perform four days community service; to pay fines and costs of $925 and restitution of $13,000.

Rebecca L. Warner, 54, 11705 E. Freeland Road, Suttons Bay — Bench warrant arraignment held; pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, second offense; sentenced to pay fines and costs of $275.

Edward L. Perez, 24, 5135 N. Jelinek Road, Northport — Pleaded guilty to use of marijuana; charge of possession of marijuana dismissed; bond continued; presentence investigation, alcohol/ drug assessment ordered; sentencing set for Oct. 18.

Nolan P. Keller, 25, 9230 Jeanine St., Traverse City — Sentenced to 47 days in jail with credit for jail days served for attempted domestic violence; to pay fines and costs of $1,275.

Francis J. Weese, 60, 11000 E. Kitigan Mi Kun, Suttons Bay — Sentenced to 93 days in jail held in abeyance and one year probation for impaired operation, marine; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or nonprescribed drugs; not to enter bars or casinos; no violence; to pay fines and costs of $1,000.

Adam J. Wurm, 30, 397 W. Harbor Hwy., Maple City — Pleaded guilty to probation violation; sentenced to 93 days in jail, with five days to be served immediately and remaining held in abeyance; probation continued.

William C. Hauxwell, 63, 2914 W. School Lake Road, Maple City — Pleaded guilty to drunken driving; charge of possession of marijuana dismissed; bond continued with PBT reduced to daily; presentence investigation, alcohol/drug assessment ordered; sentencing set for Oct. 18.
