Pleasant Dr., Chandler, Ariz. — Pleaded guilty to driving while visibly impaired; one charge of drunken driving dismissed; sentenced to one year probation with credit for one jail day served; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs; not to enter bars or casinos; no violence; to attend Adult Highway Safety Panel or equivalent in Ariz.; random alcohol testing four times per month; discretionary urine screens; to perform three days community service; probation term may be reviewed in six months; to pay fines and costs of $1,150.

John M. Zamora II, 40, 7211 Scenic Ridge Dr., Clarkston — Pleaded guilty to open intoxicants in motor vehicle; sentenced to pay fines and costs of $377.

Skylar M. Korson, 17, 994 S. Herman Road, Suttons Bay — Pleaded guilty to defrauding an innkeeper; bond continued; presentence investigation ordered; sentencing set for Oct. 25.

Randy Roman, 23, 108 W. 7th St., Northport — Sentenced to one year probation with credit for three jail days served for disturbing the peace, malicious damage of property; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs; may possess alcohol for work purposes only; not to enter bars or casinos; no violence; to attend Basic Awareness Group, Men’s Group; daily PBT for 30 days, then random four times per month; drug testing twice per month; discretionary urine screens; no contact with victim; to perform three days community service; to pay fines and costs of $925, with restitution not yet set.

Bryan Rodriguez, 21, 5830 N. 47 Road, Manton — Pleaded guilty to bond violation on charge of assault and battery; sentenced to serve two days in jail; bond reinstated after days served; presentenced investigation ordered; sentencing set for Oct. 25.

Sara R. Potes, 28, 309 S. Shabwasung, Northport — Pleaded not guilty to malicious destruction of property less than $200; bond continued; pretrial conference set for Oct. 25.

James M. Oren, 24, 10820 S. Orchard Way, Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to bond violation on charges of drunken driving, failure to report accident; sentenced to serve two days in jail.

Genaro Contreras, 19, 16122 Monte Calvario Dr., Edinburg, Texas — Failed to appear for arraignment on two charges of driving on invalid license; bench warrant issued; new bonds set at $100 for each case.

Viktor V. Lutsyk, 22, 4790 Hilltop Road, Grawn — Failed to appear for probation show cause hearing; bench warrant issued; new bond set at $500.

Manuel Tapia Jr., 24, 10768 Whinnery Dr., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to attempted drunk and disorderly; charge of drunk and disorderly dismissed; $2,500 personal recognizance bond set; presentence investigation, alcohol/drug assessment ordered; sentencing set for Nov. 1.

Timothy R. Holtz, 33, 1105 S. West Bay Shore Dr., Suttons Bay — Pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license; charges of driving without security, driving on a suspended license in separate case dismissed; sentenced to pay fines and costs of $480.

Jason D. Holland, 25, P.O. Box 655, Northport — Pleaded guilty to probation violation; sentenced to 93 days in jail; to serve five days immediately, rest held in abeyance; probation continued with all same terms; deferred status lost with conviction to enter.

Robert S. Bargiel, 39, 522 W. 10th St., Traverse City — Arraigned on charge of possession of a controlled substance, larceny less than $200; bond continued; probable cause conference set for Oct. 25; preliminary examination set for Nov. 1.

Marcus A. Whittaker, 26, 12121 E. Woolsey Lake Road, Northport — Pleaded guilty to impaired driving; charge of driving on a suspended license dismissed; bond continued; presentence investigation, alcohol/drug assessment ordered; sentencing set for Oct. 25.

Brooke L. Arbuckle, 29, 594 Crawford Lake Road, Kalkaska — Pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana; bond continued; pretrial conference set for Oct. 18.

Jonathon C. Chandler, 23, 6663 S. Lime Lake Road, Cedar — Pleaded guilty to probation violation; sentenced to five days in jail with credit for three days served; probation continued.
