Sarah R. Potes, 28, 309 S. Shabwasung, Northport — Pleaded guilty to bond violation on charge of malicious destruction of property less than $200; sentenced to credit for jail days served; pretrial conference set for Nov. 8.

Kyle T. Marek, 22, 767 N. Marek Road, Suttons Bay — Sentenced to five days in jail with credit for one day served, followed by two years probation for drunken/impaired driving, second offense; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs; no medical marijuana; not to reside where alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms present; not to enter bars or casinos except for work; no violence; to attend 90 12-step meetings in 90 days, followed by four meetings per week, and obtain sponsor; to attend Early Recovery Group; twice daily PBTs; drug testing four times per month; discretionary urine screens; first review hearing set for Nov. 3; to pay fines and costs of $1,250.

Bryan Rodriguez, 21, 5830 N. 47 Road, Manton — Sentenced to one year probation and credit for jail days served for assault and battery; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs; not to be in possession of firearms or other weapons; not to reside where alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms present; not to enter bars or casinos; no violence; to attend MENS group; drug testing two times per month; discretionary urine screens; to perform three days community service; no contact with victim; to pay fines and costs of $1,275, with restitution not yet set.

Skylar M. Korson, 17, 994 S. Herman Road, Suttons Bay — Sentenced to 180 days probation for defrauding an innkeeper; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs; may possess alcohol for work; not to enter bars or casinos; no violence; to attend Retail Fraud Class; discretionary urine screens; no contact with victim; to perform three days community service; to contact school and work toward diploma or GED; to pay fines and costs of $550, and restitution of $27.50.
