Randall K. West, 49, 666 Bay Hill Drive, Traverse City — Offered plea of receiving and concealing stolen goods less than $200; pleaded not guilty; bond continued; will hire attorney; status conference set for Jan. 3; jury selection set for Jan. 10.

Shahbaht C. Anderson, 38, 2893 NW Bayshore Dr., Suttons Bay — Failed to appear for bond violation arraignment on charge of assault/assault and battery; court granted one-week adjournment; arraignment reset for Dec. 13.

Keith F. Ferguson, 24, 8728 Harriger Road, Empire — Pleaded guilty to drunken driving; bond continued; presentence investigation ordered; sentencing set for Dec. 20.

Nicole A. Howard, 33, 2992 W. Armstrong Lake Trail, Empire — Pleaded not guilty to probation violation; $1,500 personal recognizance bond set with all same terms as probation; hearing set for Dec. 13.

Aaron C. Brock, 24, 3220 S. Lakeshore Dr., Lake Leelanau — Pleaded guilty to probation violation; sentenced to 13 additional days in jail; probation revoked; all fines and costs preserved.

Daniel D. Kaley, 22, 17330 Honor Hwy., Lot 67, Interlochen — Pleaded not guilty to drunken/impaired driving, second offense; driving on a suspended license; bond continued; pretrial conference set for Dec. 13.
