Foreclosure By Advertisement Notice Of Sale

NOTICE UNDER MCL 600.3278: Pursuant to MCL 600.3278, if the property is sold at a foreclosure sale under MCL 600.3201 et seq., the Mortgagor will be responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.

MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of the following Mortgage Agreement (the “Mortgage”) made by NM Investment Company, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, of 74 West Long Lake Road, Suite 101, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304 (the “Mortgagor”), to Satori Corporation, of 8349 Ridge Mor Court, Grand Blanc, MI 48439 (the “Mortgagee”), dated August 10, 2006, and recorded on October 15, 2006, at Liber 911, Pages 398 through 416 inclusive, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Leelanau County, Michigan. The Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Mortgage Modification Agreement dated October 6, 2006, which was recorded at Liber 917, Pages 796 through 800 inclusive in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Leelanau County, Michigan.

As of October 26, 2016, there was due in principal and accrued interest to October 26, 2016 a total of $1,398,870.20 with interest continuing to accrue at the regular rate called for in the Mortgage and Mortgage Modification Agreement and, if applicable, at the default rate of interest, plus applicable late charges and any other amounts, as set forth in the Note secured by the Mortgage.

No suit or proceedings at law or in equity have been instituted to recover the debt secured by said Mortgage, or any part thereof.

Under the power of sale contained in said Mortgage and MCL 600.3201 et seq., notice is hereby given that said Mortgage will be foreclosed by public auction of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at the front entrance of the Circuit Court Courthouse, Leelanau County Courthouse, 8527 E. Board Meeting Minutes

The Suttons Bay Township Board held its regular meeting on December 14, 2016. Present: Supervisor Bahle, Clerk VanHuystee, and Trustees Nixon and Slocombe. Reports received - Planner, Zoning Administrator, Fire Authority, and Parks & Recreation. Minutes of previous regular meeting was approved. Authorization was received to pay the bills.

Library Millage: collection and payments – for Jan. mtg. 4th Street Signage Participation, no report. Reviewed revised draft of Short Term Rentals Ordinance. Appointments to Planning Commission, Board of Review and Parks and Recreation Committee.

Consensus to do Spring Junk Dropoff Day in May 2017. Consensus to not get involved in parking lot issues. Closed Session- Suttons Pointe Development/Flathead Michigan, LLC. Delinquent PPT.

Claims Notice Revocable Trust

In re: The Jeanette E. Wepking Trust
To all interested persons:

The decedent, Jeanette E. Wepking, who was born on September 30, 1919, died on December 14, 2016.

The decedent created the Jeanette E. Wepking Trust on January 20, 1994. There is no personal representative of the decedent’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the trust estate as amended will be forever barred unless presented to Carole Ann Gibbs, Trustee of the Jeanette E. Wepking Trust within 4 months after the date of this notice.

Notice is further given that the trust estate will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
