Larry A. Fortenberry, 57, 1657 Madison Ave., SE, Apt. 1, Grand Rapids — Bench warrant arraignment held; pleaded guilty to failure to pay fines and costs on two cases; sentenced to credit for jail days served; payment plan set up.

Daniel E. Burrell, 21, 11311 Omena Road, Northport — Bond review held on two charges of receiving and concealing firearms, domestic violence, second offense; no contact provision continued.

Shane M. Stoffel, 25, 11401 E. Peterson Park Road, Northport — Pleaded guilty to improper transport of medical marijuana; charge of possession of marijuana dismissed; sentenced to pay fines and costs of $775.

Autumn R. Fonte, 37, 1232 Carl Road, Traverse City — Delayed sentence of seven days in jail with credit for seven days served and six months probation for use of marijuana; to pay fines and costs of $875.

Timothy R. Holtz, 33, 337 W. Third St., Northport — Pleaded guilty to non-sufficient funds, $100 to $500; charge of uttering and publishing dismissed; pleaded guilty to use of a controlled substance; charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance dismissed; bond continued; presentence investigation, alcohol/ drug assessment dismissed; sentencing on both cases set for Feb. 14.

Joshua L. Chadwick, 43, 9750 N. Carlson Road, Northport — Pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license; sentenced to pay fines and costs of $380.

Box 113, Lake Leelanau — Sentenced to one year probation with credit for three jail days served for drunken driving; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs; not to enter bars or casinos; no violence; to attend Impact Panel, Adult Highway Safety Panel; daily PBT for 30 days, then random four times per month; discretionary urine screens; to perform three days of community service; to pay fines and costs of $1,400.

Bryan Rodriguez, 21, 5830 N. 47 Road, Manton — Pleaded guilty to probation violation; sentenced to serve 93 days in jail; probation revoked; all fines and costs preserved.

David Borke, 69, 6235 W. Bay Shore Dr., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to probation violation; sentenced to 15 days in jail, held in abeyance; probation continued; to attend 90 AA meetings in 90 days, then three times a week.

Ian L. Foster-Snyder, 28, 4520 E. Mobile Trail, Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty to probation violation; $1,500 personal recognizance bond set; probation violation hearing set for Feb. 7.

Shahbaht C. Anderson, 38, 2893 NW Bayshore Dr., Suttons Bay — Sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for jail days served for drunk and disorderly conduct; no contact order lifted; to pay fines and costs of $425.
