You live in Leelanau County because: I grew up here and couldn’t imagine living anyplace else.

Last good movie you saw: I don’t really watch movies.

Last good book you read: James Patterson’s Alex Cross series.

If you could trade places with one person for one day, it would be: The U.S. Ski Team women’s head coach. I love ski racing, so why not work with the best in the world?

Things important to you that you’ve accomplished so far: Still breathing. Does that count? I’d say doing something I love, coaching ski racing, working in the industry, and working at the world championships a couple years ago.

What you hope to be doing in 10 years: Still coaching ski racing and living in Leelanau County. I’d love to be coaching at Sugar Loaf, but that’s a whole ‘nother story.

Things you lose sleep over: I’m pretty easy going.

If you could change one thing in Leelanau County it would be: Open Sugar Loaf. I think that’s a high priority on many people’s minds.
