Christopher A. Wittman, 53, 1702 N Setterbo, Suttons Bay — Failed to appear for show cause hearing; bench warrant issued; new bond set at $2,500; pretrial set for June 30; preliminary examination set for July 6.

Matthew S. Arnold, 22, 7527 Wood Road, Kingsley — Arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana, improper transport of medical marijuana; bond continued; status conference set for July 25.

Veronica Ledezma, 37, 2628 Quebec, McAllen, Texas — Arraigned on charges of operating while intoxicated and open intoxication in a motor vehicle; bond reduced; new bond set at $5,000; 10 percent; pretrial set for June 13.

Andrew P. McCarthy, 48, 4950 S Maple City Road, Maple City — Found guilty of bond violation; bond continued; sentenced to three additional days in jail held in abeyance; jury selection set for July 25; status conference set for August 1.

Moises Rojo Jr., 34, 3010 Byron Cnt Ave SW 304, Wyoming — Found guilty of probation violation; probation terminated; sentenced to 25 additional days in jail; fines and costs preserved.

Martin C. Stowe, 23, 4915 S Boone Aire Dr., Traverse City — Found guilty of operating while impaired; sentenced to three days of community service in lieu of six days in jail; to pay fines and costs of $900; $75 to state crime victim’s funds; $50 judicial fee; $250 for court appointed attorney fee; $125 arresting agency fee; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal drugs or nonprescribed medications; ordered to provide a list of prescriptions to court; not to enter any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; not to behave in a violent manner; ordered to be respectful of court employees, service and care providers; to attend and complete Alcohol Highway Safety program and impact panel; random alcohol and drug screening four times a month; benchmark urine screen ordered; must report all contact with law enforcement to parole officer.
