The first order of business here is to clear up an apparent misunderstanding. What I wrote last week regarding the dogs was written as caring for the dogs more than worrying about the owners. And while we are on the subject, the discussion regarding bicycles and bicycle riders applied to safety more than anything else. However, I will not apologize for thinking the scooter riders on the wrong side of the road where a little bit wacko.
