Sandra L. Feys, 50, 50 E. Stoney Ridge Rd., Maple City —Pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated/ impaired second offense; Sobriety Court to review; bond continued; sentencing set for Aug. 25.

Mark D. Lienau, 50, of N 1061 E. Silver Leaf Farm, Suttons Bay — Pleaded guilty to a probation violation; sentenced to 12 additional days in jail to be held in abeyance; twice daily PBTs; probation continued.

Jalyna Y. Cisneros, 21, of 813 Glenview Lane, Traverse City — Sentenced to one year probation on a charge of drunken driving; to perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; $100 fine; $800 costs; $75 to crime victim’s fund; $50 judicial fee; $125 arresting agency fee; ordered not to use or possess any illegal drugs or mood altering substances or nonprescribed medications; ordered to provide a list of prescriptions to the court; not to enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone and be respectful of court employees; must cooperate and complete and Impact Panel and Basic Awareness Group; to submit to drug testing twice monthly.

Andrew P. McCarthy, 48, of 4950 S. Maple City Rd., Maple City — Sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for jail days served and one year probation on a charge of ‘super’ drunken driving; fines $200; costs $800; crime victims fund $75; judicial fee of $50; court-appointed attorneys fees $250; arresting agency fee $125.

Barbara P. Rust, 56, 3611 Canyon Creek Cir., Tyler, Texas/P.O. Box 953, Leland — Sentenced to five days in jail and one year probation on a charge of ‘super’ drunken driving; to perform five days community service in lieu of 10 days in jail; $200 fine; $800 costs; $75 to crime victim’s fund; $50 judicial fee; $125 arresting agency fee; $19 prosecuting attorney fee; must no consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs and non-prescription drugs; must provide a list of prescriptions to the court; may possess alcohol, enter bars for work purposes only; must attend an Impact Panel and Basic Awareness Group; take and pass PBTs one daily and submit to discretionary alcohol/drug screening.

Elda Chapa, of P.O. Box 20, Lake Leelanau — Sentenced to fines and costs of $200 on a charge of defective equipment; charge of operating without security dismissed.

Michael T. Trumbull, 34, P.O. Box 815, Leland — Sentenced to two years probation and five days in jail for ‘super’ drunken driving; to perform four days of community service in lieu of eight days in jail; $200 fine; $800 costs; $75 to crime victim’s fund; $50 judicial fee; $125 arresting agency fee; $19 prosecuting attorney fee; ordered not to consumer or be in the possession of any alcohol; not to use or possess illegal drugs/ mood altering substances/ non prescription drugs; must provide a list of prescriptions to the court; ordered not to enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; may possess alcohol/enter bars for work purposes only; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers; must attend two 12-step program meetings per week; attend, cooperate and complete a Basic Awareness or Recovery Group; submit to PBTs twice daily for 60 days then daily morning PBTs for 90 days and then four times per month random; submit to drug testing once a month.

Carroll G. Campbell, 66, 983 S. Center Hwy., Suttons Bay — Sentenced to 90 days probation for failure to stop after collision; to perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; $100 fines; $300 costs; $75 crime victim’s fund; $50 judicial fee; ordered not to use or possess any illegal drugs/mood altering substances or nonprescription medication; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone and be respectful of court employees.

Randy John Lanham, 59, of 1681 Kasson Center Rd., Maple City — Pleaded not guilty in video arraignment to a bond violation; remanded until bond violation hearing Aug. 15.
