Margaret B. Sandoval, 26, 1237 Plainview Ave., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty drunken/impaired driving, driving on an altered/forged ID; charges of driving without license on person, driving on a suspended license dismissed; bond reduced to $500 cash/surety with all same terms and conditions; presentence investigation, alcohol/drug assessment ordered; sentencing set for Aug. 29.

Allchin, 29, 704 Emmett, Petoskey — Guilty plea to drunken driving, third offense with Sobriety Court withdrawn; pleaded guilty to drunken driving, second offense; charges of drunken driving, third offense, driving on a suspended license dismissed; bond continued; presentence investigation ordered; sentencing set for Aug. 29.

Chase E. Egeler, 18, 430 Fairlane Dr., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to minor in possession of alcohol; sentenced to pay fines and costs of $377.

Raquel E. Jiminez, 25, 5891 E. Ryan’s Way, Lake Leelanau — Pleaded guilty to use of fraudulent ID by minor; sentenced to six months probation; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal drugs; not to enter bars or casinos; not violence; to perform three days community service; to pay fines and costs of $275.

Nathan D. Krause, 30, 18405 Oviatt Road, Lake Ann — Failed to appear for arraignment on charge of drunken/impaired driving, second offense; bench warrant issued with statewide pick-up; new bond set at $1,000.

Benny Lopez Jr., 27, 716 N. Ransom, P.O. Box 494, Northport — Failed to appear for arraignment on charges of driving on a suspended license, second offense, driving on an altered/forged ID; bench warrant issued with statewide pick-up; new bond set at $500.

Neegonquet Fox, 31, 2591 Beems Kwa Mikun, Peshawbestown — Sentenced to 15 additional days in jail for retail fraud, third degree; to pay fines and costs of $550.

Drew A. Scheele, 31, 17330 Honor Hwy., Lot 47, Interlochen — Sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for jail days served and one year probation for use of a controlled substance; driver’s license suspended for 30 days, restricted for 150 days; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs; no medical marijuana; not to enter bars or casinos; no violence; to attend Substance Abuse Program, Skills Group; random alcohol testing four times per month; drug testing four times per month; discretionary urine screens; to perform four days community service; to pay fines and costs of $1,575.

Timothy D. LeVeque, 17, 3557 N. Eagle Hwy., Lake Leelanau — Sentenced to six months probation for driving on an altered/forged ID; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs, medical marijuana; may possess alcohol for work purposes only; not to enter bars or casinos; no violence; to attend Retail Fraud Class; random alcohol testing four times per month; discretionary urine screens; to pay fines and costs of $425.

Randy J. Lanham, 59, 1681 Kasson Center, Maple City — Pleaded guilty to bond violation; new bond set at $25,000 personal recognizance with all same terms; pretrial conference set for Sept. 5.

Robert D. Kingdon, 69, 10688 N. Long Lake Road, Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to failure to report accident; charge of failure to stop after collision dismissed; bond continued; presentence investigation ordered; sentencing set for Sept. 5.

Michael R. Summers, 28, 7532 Peaceful Valley, Williamsburg — Sentenced to one year probation and credit for jail days served for drunken driving; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs; not to enter bars or casinos; no violence; to attend Adult Highway Safety Panel, Impact Panel; random alcohol testing four times per month; discretionary urine screens; to perform three days community service; may be released from probation after six months if all terms complete; to pay fines and costs of $1,150.

Ariana N. Hernandez, 29, 6805 Cairn Hwy., P.O. Box 131, Kewadin — Sentenced to one year probation for failure to report an accident; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs; no medical marijuana; not to enter bars or casinos; no violence; obtain substance abuse assessment and follow all recommendations; random alcohol testing four times per month; discretionary urine screens; to perform three days community service; to pay fines and costs of $925, with restitution not yet set.

James H. Richards, 73, 706 N. Dockside Cr., No. D2, Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty to assault/ assault and battert; bond continued; pretrial conference set for Aug. 22.

Karen L. Cronander, 55, 9864 E. Cherry Bend Road, Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to probation violation; sentenced to three additional days in jail, held in abeyance; probation continued.

Michael A. Miller, 28, P.O. Box 371, Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to probation violation; sentenced to 15 additional days in jail; request for work release denied; probation revoked unsuccessful with all fines and costs preserved.
