1:15 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Littering on state land. Caller cleaned up but has pictures.

1:35 p.m. — Suttons Bay — Boat property damage accident.

2:11 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller’s personal information has been compromised by Equifax breach.

10:29 p.m.— Kasson Township — Caller hears engine stopping and starting multiple times. Sees lights. Would like it checked out.

Thursday, Sept. 14

9:35 a.m. — Centerville Township — Several cows in the road. Cows were returned to their pen.

Friday, Sept. 15

8:21 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller lost wallet somewhere between home and Traverse City.

8:55 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Male terrier, 18, named “Poncho” went missing last night. He is hard of hearing and is not wearing a collar. (Dog found later.)

12:14 p.m. — Kasson Township — “Bobby,” male English sheep dog, choke collar, lost. (Dog returned home.)

5:17 p.m. — Empire Township — German shepherd keeps coming from neighbor’s yard. Causing problems with caller’s dog. Was there about 15 minutes ago as well as last night.

7 p.m. — Bingham Township — Caller saw dog on the side of the road. Medium sized, “terrier mix or pit bull size” tan colored, brown collar. Concerned someone lost him.

Saturday, Sept. 16

12:13 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Person on deck was asked to leave and won’t.

2:42 a.m. — Centerville Township — Deputy out with people at Good Harbor beach. They were taking pictures of the northern lights.

8:42 p.m. — Leland Township — Wallet found on side of road.

9:56 a.m. — Solon Township — Vehicles in no parking spots, blocking public access.

11:37 a.m. — Centerville Township — Personal injury accident at M-22 and Good Harbor Trail.

12:56 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Black collie in car, panting and drooling. Windows hot and down only one inch. Been there for approximately one hour.

2:17 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — White Maltese dog in vehicle for more than an hour. No water. (Owner showed up before deputy arrived.)

2:40 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Black truck with dog panting inside. Has head out the window, which is cracked. Been there for at least 30 minutes. (Deputy found food and water in extended cab. Windows almost all the way down. No distress.)

3:30 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Between Traverse City and home a varnished wicker chair fell from truck. Caller couldn’t find after retracing his steps.

3:58 p.m.— Leelanau Township — Caller lost phone between Cherry Bend and Tom’s West Bay. (Property retrieved. Returned to owner.)

4:48 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Caller stuck on dune at Pyramid Point and is afraid she’s going to fall. Has two dogs. (She made it up per Park Service staffer.)

5:01 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Dark red Corvette driving erratically. Passing with oncoming traffic.

7:15 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Sailboat tipped over. Caller not injured. Hanging onto boat.

9:50 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Loud music coming from a wedding party. (Party is shutting down per law enforcement.)

Sunday, Sept. 17

3:22 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Violation of controlled substance law.

12:33 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — White Ford Focus with two dogs panting in the backseat. Windows cracked a little.

12:40 a.m. — Bingham Township — Caller requests assistance disposing of old fireworks.

1:41 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Vehicle going 25 mph northbound, crossing center and fog lines. Slammed on breaks and nearly went through red light.

2:17 p.m. — Leland Township — Miscellaneous juvenile activity.

6:05 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Female chocolate lab named Rosie ran off from backyard. She has a pink and purple collar with tags and is micro-chipped.

8:20 p.m. — Solon Township — Assault and battery.

8:41 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Caller is stuck at the bottom of overlook 9 on Pierce Stocking Drive. Needs assistance.

Monday, Sept. 18

12:13 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Assault and battery.

2:06 a.m. — Empire Township — Large tree completely blocking M-22 north of Empire.

7:57 a.m. — Cleveland Township — Caller is worried a red pick-up truck will be littering at the Swanson Preserve because of trash in bed of truck.

9:38 p.m. — Bingham Township — White and red cow loose.

10:51 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Older-style Jeep Cherokee driven erratically.

12:51 p.m. — Village of Suttons Bay — Abandoned 30-foot Franklin travel trailer.

2:11 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Purebred Husky, male, blue eyes with black cloth collar with “love” printed in white letters.

3:11 p.m. — Solon Township — Red Toyota truck with no plates westbound on Bellinger Road. Driver drinking.

10:31 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Disorderly person at campground.

10:44 p.m. — Centerville Township — Driver came across a vehicle in the ditch.

Tuesday, Sept. 19

9:54 a.m. — Suttons Bay — Caller advises construction workers are understaffed and do not have personnel to direct traffic.

3:47 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Power line behind business is arcing.

5:48 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Gold GMC Envoy went past a cable that is supposed to keep vehicles out of area.

10:20 p.m. — Bingham Township — Obnoxious odor. Dog came in from fenced-in yard extremely sick. Foaming at the mouth. (It had been sprayed by a skunk.)
