Cody A. Freeman, 26, of 6370 Lincoln Rd., East — Arraigned and pleaded not guilty to a charge of operating while intoxicated; next hearing set for Oct. 10.

Jessie L. Henderson, 37, of 1077 Oak Terrace Dr., Traverse City — Failed to appear for a show cause hearing; $1,000 bond set; bench warrant issued.

Sandy Husacek, 32, homeless of Traverse City —Failed to appear on a charge of operating while impaired, second offense; $1,000 bond set; bench warrant issued.

Michael L. Newman, 41, of 3547 Marie Dr., Traverse City — Failed to appear of for arraignment on charge of larceny by conversion greater than $200 and less than $1,000; bench warrant issued.

Zachary N. Rice, 20, of 7821 E. Horn Rd., Lake Leelanau — Stood mute during arraignment on charge of larceny less than $200; $1,000 bond; pre-trial/probable cause hearing set for Oct. 10.

Benjamin J. Crow, 37, of 971 E. Engles Rd., Northport — Arraigned on one count delivery/manufacture of marijuana; pre-trial/probable cause hearing set for Oct. 10.

Benjamin E. Schaub, 29, of 5225 Stricker Rd., Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty to operating with a blood alcohol content higher than .17; bond continued; pre-trial hearing set for Oct. 10.

Marcos M. Campos, 37, of 3245 NW Bay Shore Dr., Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty to use of marijuana/spice/salvia; to serve 10 days in jail; $1,175 fines and costs; driver’s license suspended for 30 days then restricted for 150 days.

Jacob A. Innskeep-Hider, 24, of 716 N. Kitchen Rd., Northport — Sentenced after pleading guilty to third-degree retail fraud; to perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; $550 fines and costs; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of illegal drugs or non-prescription drugs; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers and complete a retail fraud class. Case will be dismissed upon successful completion of sentence requirements within a six-month probation period.
