Edward L. Perez, 25, of 5135 N. Jelinek Rd., Northport — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal or non-prescription drugs; no to enter bars or any business that serves alcohol by the glass; attend and complete a highway safety program and impact panel; submit to random alcohol testing four time a week and drug testing twice a month; perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; $1,300 fines and costs; one year probation.

Gregory H. Nash, 62, of P.O. Box 1619, Acme — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating as an unlicensed builder; 180 days in jail to be held in abeyance; to perform five days community service in lieu of 10 days in jail; ordered not to behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees; must not have contact with victim; ordered not to engage in any construction activity unless properly licensed; $1,075 fines and costs; restitution hearing set for Oct. 31; 2 years probation.

Ashley L. Burns, 22, of 660A Bass Lake Rd., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilt to operating while intoxicated; to perform three days of community service lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol or illegal drugs or non-prescription drugs; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must attend impact panel and Basic Awareness Group; take and pass Breathalyzer tests four times a week for 30 days then four time a month; $975 fines and costs; 1 year probation.

Cannon J. Parkey, 19, of 6626 Windwood Dr., Lake Ann — Failed to appear for arraignment on charge of possession of marijuana; $500 bond forfeited.

Armida Mircles, 25, 474 Sylt Rd, Lake Leelanau — Pleaded guilty to charge of disorderly person; bond continued; sentence pending.

Robert T. Kellogg, 22, of 6424 Indian Hill Rd., Honor — Pleaded not guilty to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; pre-trial set for Oct. 24.

Zachary N. Rice, 20, of 7821 E. Horn Rd., Lake Leelanau — Pleaded guilty to one charge of larceny less than $200; to be sentenced Oct. 24.

Christopher J. Black, 38, of 920N Webster, Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating impaired; to perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal or nonprescription drugs; must provide a list of prescriptions the court; must not enter bars, casinos or establishments where alcohol is served by the glass; must be respectful of court employees; attend an alcohol highway safety program and impact panel; take and pass random alcohol testing four times a month; $1,150 fines and costs; 1 year probation.

Gregory A. Thole, 55, of 10376 Harmony Dr., Interlochen — Arraigned on charge of driving on a restricted license; bond continued; pre-trial set for Oct. 24.

Jeffrey A. Johnson, 51, of 2577 W. Crown, Traverse City — Pleaded guilt to a reduced charge of impaired driving; to be sentenced Oct. 31.

Cody A. Freeman, 26, of 6370 Lincoln Rd. E, Cedar — Pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; to be sentenced Oct. 24.

Jeffrey D. Lafontaine, 48, of 708 Ramsgate Dr., Spartansburg, S.C. — Sentenced after pleading guilty to improper transportation; $725 fines and costs.
