Seth M. Kellogg, 21, 994 S. Herman Road, Suttons Bay — Sentencing adjournment granted on charge of possession of marijuana; sentencing reset for Nov. 28.

Jacob E. Melichar, 25, 10060 Melichar Dr., Traverse City — Sentenced to 12 days in jail with credit for jail days served and two years probation for operating while intoxicated, second offense, attempted fleeing and eluding officer, fourth degree; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or non-prescribed drugs; not to enter bars or casinos; no violence; to attend tow 12-step program meetings per week; to attend substance abuse program, Mens Recovery Group; daily PBT; drug testing twice per week; discretionary urine screens; to pay fines and costs of $1,370.

Robert A. Cohoon, 37, 8800 N. West Bayshore Dr., Northport — Pleaded guilty to domestic violence, first offense; charge of domestic violence, second offense dismissed; bond continued; presentence investigation ordered; sentencing set for Dec. 5.

Bruce A. Carlson, 54, 6715 N. Swede Road, Northport — Pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated; bond continued; pretrial conference set for Nov. 28.

Aaron A. Nemeskal, 27, 8684 S. Maple City Road, Maple City — Pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, weapons discharged, aimed without malice or injury; bond continued; presentence investigation, alcohol/ drug assessment ordered; sentencing set for Dec. 5.

Kaleb D. Schaub, 23, 362 S. Herman Road, Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty to driving without security; bond continued; pretrial conference set for Nov. 28.

Erin S. Grant, 19, 7280 Wibin Mi Kun, Benzonia — Pleaded not guilty to driving while license suspended; bond continued; pretrial conference set for Dec. 5.

Margaret B. Sandoval, 26, 9100 Kolarik Road, Suttons Bay — Failed to appear for pretrial conference on charges of fleeing and eluding, fourth degree, driving while license suspended; bench warrant issued with new bond set at $1,000.

Robert R. Wonegeshik Jr., 45, 9724 N. Carlson Road, Northport — Pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted child abuse, fourth degree; two counts of child abuse, fourth degree, dismissed; bond continued; sentencing set for Dec. 5.

Sandy S. Husacek, 32, no address/ homeless, Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to probation violation; sentenced to 40 days in jail; probation revoked unsuccessful; all fines and costs preserved.

David C. Thomas, 32, P.O. Box 265, Northport — Pleaded guilty to bench warrant on charge of drunken/ impaired driving, second offense; remanded until sentencing set for Dec. 5.
