“I was able to get all my presents done,” Blake said.

The 13-year-old and his 11-year-old brother enjoyed making a number of items at the event, sponsored by the Cedar Area Community Foundation (CACF).

“We’ve been going to this for a long time,” he said.

Craft stations were set up at the township hall where participants could make jewelry, evergreen wreaths, stockings and ornaments, among other projects.

BJ Christensen, CACF director, said she was happy to see many familiar faces, some who return year after year and others who participated for the first time.

“They thought it was awesome and wanted to know when it would be next year,” she said.
