Creighton A. Wagener, 27, of 2799 S. Dennis Place, Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to allowing someone to operate with a suspended, revoked or denied license; $275 fines and costs.

Cannon J. Parkey, 19, of P.O. Box 621, Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; 90 days in jail to be held in abeyance; probation continued; ordered to follow rehab plan with probation officer.

Shannon L. Novik, 47, 1707 Comanche St., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to operating impaired; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol or drugs— including medical marijuana; alcohol and drug assessment ordered; daily morning PBTs approved in Grand Traverse County; bond continued; sentence pending.

Joaquin R. Maddox, 21, of 2440 S. Pineview Rd., Suttons Bay — Attorney requests show cause hearing to allow client to appear on charge on attempted possession of a controlled substance; bond continued; show cause hearing set for Feb. 6.

Christopher Travis Genereaux, 29, of 11032 Kittigan Mikun, Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; to serve 15 days in jail and three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol; no use of illegal drugs/mood altering substances or nonprescription medications; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; ordered not to behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone and treat court staff with respect; attend cooperate and complete a Relapse Prevention program with Grand Traverse Band; take and pass one PBT daily and a benchmark urine screen; $1,400 fines and costs; 365 days probation.

Landry V. Uzzle, 35, of P.O. Box 384, Suttons Bay — Arraigned on one count of operating while intoxicated; bond continued; pre-trial hearing set for Feb. 13.

Aaron F. Ross, 35, of 3824 S. Grants Landing, Lake Leelanau — Pleaded guilty to a bond violation; bond continued with same conditions.

Robert C. Buckley, 27, of 9707 Fourth St., Interlochen — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating with a blood-alcohol content greater than .17; to perform four days community service in lieu of eight days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs and non-prescription medications; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; may enter bars for work purposes only; ordered not to behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers; attend, cooperate and complete an Impact Weekend; take and pass a PBT daily; $1,600 fines and costs; 365 days probation.

Tyler R. Vance, 25, of 782 Horn St., Pinconning — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; to serve 15 additional days in jail; fines and costs preserved; probation unsuccessful, revoked.

Nicholas I. Archbold, 26, of 32135 Carmean, Thompsonville — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; to serve 15 additional days in jail; fines and costs preserved; probation unsuccessful, discontinued.

Shay A. Palmer, 24, of 2278 Harding Ave., Muskegon — Video arraignment held for show cause hearing; pleaded guilty to contempt; to pay $150 per month; go to District Court and sign a collections agreement.

Dalton J. Terpening, 24, of 812 Barlow, Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating with a blood-alcohol content greater than .17; to perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol; no use of illegal drugs/mood altering substances or non-prescription medications; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; ordered not to behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone and treat court staff with respect; must attend, cooperate and complete a highway safety program and Impact Panel; daily PBTs; must obey court orders including payment of all monies owned to court; $1,500 fines and costs; 365 days probation.
