You live in Leelanau County because: My parents moved us up here and it’s so beautiful everywhere.

Last good movie you saw: “Thor Ragnorok.” It was hilarious and just an all-around great Marvel movie. I would definitely recommend seeing it!

Last good book you read: “The Cat in the Hat,” by Dr. Seuss. It's a sensational classic.

If you could trade places with one person for one day, it would be: Bear Grylls, because it would be awesome to travel the world and experience his adventurous lifestyle.

Things important to you that you’ve accomplished so far: I’m very close to graduating from high school, which will most likely be my greatest accomplishment yet: freedom.

What you hope to be doing in 10 years: I hope to be extremely rich and traveling the world on my yacht. Realistically, though, I probably will be working as either a pharmacist or an engineer; I haven't decided which quite yet.

Things you lose sleep over: The realization of how complex the universe truly is.

If you could change one thing in Leelanau County it would be: The fact that people have to pay money to park at Empire Beach. It seems a bit ridiculous to me.

Favorite dessert: Any dessert that doesn't involve lemons.

Are you a coffee drinker? Yes - freshly ground and French pressed coffee made from Leelanau Coffee Roasting Company with a decent amount of creamer.

Favorite place in Leelanau County: The top of the Empire Bluffs Trail. The view is spectacular and the sunsets are astonishing.

If you had more time you would: I would probably build a time machine and go figure out how the world’s greatest mysteries occurred and also invest in Apple and Microsoft stocks.

The words that best describe you are: A pretty cool guy.
