Gonzalo Delafuente Jr., 31, of 2060 N. Jacobson Rd., Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment on charge of operating while intoxicated; bond continued; probable cause hearing set for Feb. 20.

Jessica R. Graham, 31, of 2942 N. Keystone Rd., Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment on charge of operating while intoxicated; bond continued; probable cause hearing set for Feb. 20.

Benjamin R. Calkins, 38, of 5640 Lawndale Ave., Hudsonville — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while impaired. Must perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail. Ordered not to consume or be in the possession of any illegal drugs/mood altering substances including medical marijuana. Must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees. Must complete an auto highway safety program and impact panel or comparable class in his area; $1,400 fines and costs; one year probation.

Thomas C. Swaney, 59, of 2655 Boston, East Grand Rapids — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; to perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered to not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, or non-prescribed medications; order not to enter bars, casinos or any establishments that serve alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of court employees; complete a basic awareness group counseling; take and pass random alcohol testing four times a month; $1,150 fines and costs; one year probation.

Jeremy R. Sheahan, 42, if 2396 N. Nish Nah Bah Mikun, Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle; $377 fines and costs.

James W. Brubaker, 21, of 3520 S. Center Hwy, Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment on charge of possession of marijuana; bond continued; pretrial hearing set for Feb. 27.

Jacob Niewiadomski, 18, of 11217 Ode To Min, Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment on charge of assault; bond continued; pretrial hearing set for Feb. 20.

Tyler B. Meek, 19, of 8515 S. Maple St., Maple City —Arraigned on charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession or marijuana; bond continued; preliminary exam set for Feb. 27.

Shannon L. Novik, 47, of 1707 Comanche St., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while impaired. Ordered to perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, or non-prescribed medications; order not to enter bars, casinos or any establishments that serve alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of court employees; complete a highway safety program and impact panel; take and pass random alcohol testing four times a month;$1,150 fines and costs; one year probation.

Daniel E. Burrell, 22, of 11311 E. Omena Rd., Northport — Sentenced after pleading guilty to assault/assault and battery. To serve 93 days in jail with credit for time served; $1,025 fines and costs.

Richard K. Foster, 74, of 15000 E. Acadia Woods Rd., Northport — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated. To perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; to not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, or non-prescribed medications; order not to enter bars, casinos or any establishments that serve alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of court employees; attend two 12-step program meetings per week with written verification monthly and abstain and obtain a sponsor within 60 days; attend cooperate and complete a highway safety program; take and pass daily PBTs; $1,250 fines and costs; one year probation.

Seth M. Kellogg, 21, of 994 S. Herman Rd., Suttons Bay — Pleaded guilty to attempting to interfere with a communications device; bond reduced to $2,500; to be sentenced Feb. 20.
