Bodus Rd., Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating with a blood alcohol content greater than .17 — To serve three additional days in jail and complete four days community service in lieu of eight days in jail; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol; not use or possess illegal drugs, nonprescription medications, or medical marijuana; must not must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service or care providers; must attend two 12-step programs a week with written verification and obtain a sponsor within 60 days; must continue treatment with Addiction Treatment Services for group and individual counseling; submit to twice daily PBTs for 60 days, once daily for 60 days and then random four times per month; $1,250 fines and costs; two years probation.

Speicher, 34, of 5188 Lake Leelanau Dr., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; to perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol; not use or possess illegal drugs, non-prescription medication, or medical marijuana; must not must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service or care providers; must attend an Impact Panel and Basic Awareness Group; take and pass random alcohol testing four times a month; drug testing four times per month; $1,400 fines and costs; one year probation.

Steinhaus, 42, of 8585 Hill St., Maple City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to second-offense operating impaired; to serve five days in jail with credit for time served; perform four days community service in lieu of eight days in jail; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol; not use or possess illegal drugs, non-prescription medication, or medical marijuana; must not must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful off all court employees, service or care providers; must attend an Impact Panel and Basic Awareness Group; take and pass PBTs twice daily and submit to discretionary alcohol or drug testing; $1,500 fines and costs; two years probation.

Landry V. Uzzle, 35, of P.O. Box 384, Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol; not use or possess illegal drugs, non-prescription medication, or medical marijuana; must not must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service or care providers; must attend three 12-step program meetings per week with written verification and obtain a sponsor within 60 days; must attend and cooperate and complete Intensive Outpatient counseling at Munson with follow-up; drug testing four times a month; $1,420 fines and costs; two years probation. Also sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation on an unrelated case; to serve 10 days in jail; fines and costs preserved. Probation revoked.

Jessica R. Graham, 31, of 3698 Four Mile Rd., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to bond violation; three days in jail to be held in abeyance; court orders alcohol/drug assessment; bond continued.

Brooke A. Shank, 25, of 7620 Putter Dr., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a bond violation; to serve three days in jail.

John P. Antoine, 32, of 11217 E. Odetomin, Suttons Bay — Pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; sentencing set for April 3.

Alexander E. Mielke, 28, of 4313 Manhattan W., Traverse City — Arraigned on bond violation; bond continued; pretrial set for March 27.

David Tingfah, 50, of 316 Cochlin St., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to reckless driving; bond continued; sentencing set for March 27.

Adam J. Risbridger, 34, of 1688 S. French Rd., Lake Leelanau — Pleaded guilty to a bond violation; remanded pending release to a treatment facility bed when available.
