Stacy, 27, of 19851 Linwood Ave., Lake Ann — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs or non-prescription drugs; not to enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care workers; must attend, cooperate and complete and Impact Weekend; submit to drug testing four times a month; $1,050 fines and costs; one year probation.

Tyler B. Force, 26, of 5033 Blue Spruce Lane, Lake Leelanau — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating impaired; to perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs or non-prescription drugs; not to enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care workers; must complete an Alcohol Highway Safety Program; take and pass PBTs daily and then four times per month after 60 days; $1,050 fines and costs; one year probation.

Jadelyn Kohler, 27, of P.O. Box 281, — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment on charge of attempted assaulting/ resisting and obstructing a police officer; bond continued.

Christopher D. Somero, 19, of 344 W. Nagonaba St., Northport — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating while intoxicated; bond continued with the addition of the following conditions — once daily PBTs, discretionary urine screenings and restriction on bars, casinos or anywhere alcohol is served by the glass; pretrial conference set for Tuesday.

Joshua T. Newman, 27, of 10615 S. Slope Dr., Traverse City — Sentenced to four days in jail after pleading guilty to a probation violation; follow recommendations after alcohol assessment; twice daily PBTs; probation continued.

Tyler B. Meek, 19, of 8515 S. Maple St., Maple City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; to perform three days of community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs or non-prescription drugs; not to enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care workers’ must attend cooperate and complete an Impact Panel and Basic Awareness Group; take and pass random alcohol and drug testing four times per month; $1,395 fines, costs and restitution; one year probation.

Chelsey A. Neuman, 31, of 6653 Cottage Rd., Bellaire — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; to serve two additional days in jail; no longer working in Bellaire bar after today; must not enter bars or casinos for employment or otherwise; twice daily PBTs.; probation continued.

Robert R. Wonegeshik, Jr., 45, of 9724 N. Carlson Rd., Northport — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation; to serve three additional days in jail; twice daily PBTs; probation continued.

Cody A. Freeman, 26, of 6370 Lincoln Rd., Cedar — Pleaded guilty to a disorderly person; bond continued; sentence pending. Also sentenced after pleading guilty to a separate probation violation; to serve seven days in jail with fines and costs preserved; discharged from probation unsuccessfully.

Joaquin R. Maddox, 21, of 2449 S. Pineview Rd., Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty to attempted possession of a controlled substance; to perform three days of community service in lieu of six days in jail; must not consume or be in the possession of illegal drugs or non-prescription medication; must provide a list of prescription drugs to court; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees; must submit to drug testing twice monthly; $775 fines and costs; one year probation.

Calli Ann Hall-Parrott, 23, of 2544 W. Empire Hwy., Empire — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a bond violation; $285 fines and costs.

Nagonaba St., Northport — Sentenced after pleading guilty to impaired driving; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs or nonprescription medications; must provide a list of prescriptions to the court; not to enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care workers; must attend and complete an Alcohol Highway Safety Program and Impact Panel; $900 fines and costs; 1 year probation.

David Tingfah, 50, of 316 Cochlin St., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to reckless driving; to serve two days in jail with credit for two days served; three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs or non-prescription medications; must provide a list of prescriptions to the court; not to enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care workers; must attend and complete an Alcohol Highway Safety Program and Impact Panel; once daily PBTs for 30 days then random four times per month; $525 fines and costs; 1 year probation.

Eric D. Barajas, 22, of 208 Louisa St., Lake Leelanau — Pleaded guilty to possession of a control substance/marijuana; alcohol assessment ordered; sentence pending.

Roland M. Schultz, 32, of 586 S. Lake Leelanau Dr., Lake Leelanau — Sentenced after pleading guilty to second offense operating while intoxicated; to serve five days in jail with credit for time served; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs or non-prescription medications (including medical marijuana); must provide a list of prescriptions to the court; not to enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care workers; continue counseling with the VA; once daily PBTs with drug testing two times a month; $1,250 fines and costs; two years probation.

Nancy J. Crutchfield, 59, of 1987 N. Jacobson Rd., Suttons Bay — Pleaded guilty to impaired driving; bond continued; sentence pending.

Marc Nugent, 42, of 12331 S. West Bay Shore Dr., Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; pretrial set for Tuesday.

Matthew E. Peplinski, 40, of 2121 N. Schomberg Rd., Lake Leelanau — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to embezzlement of a vulnerable adult, $200 to $1,000; bond continued; pretrial set for April 17.

Cullen M. Kelly, 25, of 322 Washington St., Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to second-offense operating while impaired; bond continued; pretrial hearing set for Tuesday.

Daniel E. Joupperi, 60, of 941 S. Elm St., Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a bond violation; three days in jail; new bond set at 10 percent $5,000.

Skylar M. Korson, 18, of 994 S. Herman Rd., Suttons Bay — Failed to appear for arraignment on charge of frauding an innkeeper.

Angela Barrientoz John, 21, of P.O. Box 314, Lake Leelanau — Sentenced after pleading guilty to allowing a person with a suspended license to operate a motor vehicle; fines and costs waived; $75 to crime victim’s fund; $50 judicial fee.

Rachel V. Cavazos, 25, of 9229 S. Johnny St., Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to assault/assault & battery; bond continued.

Hannah M. Robertson, 18, of 2299 Nish Nah Bah, Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to possession of marijuana; pretrial set for April 10.
