 Bingham Township Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing and consider the following request on May 3 at 6:30 p.m. Request by Applicant Pat Herman, to conditionally re-zone Lot 3 of the Edward M. Cummings Plat, from Residential District to Commercial District

 Kasson Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 21 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the modification of an existing Special Use Permit for Earth Removal, Gravel Processing, and Mining Operations, by adding 30 acres to the previously approved mining area.

Glen Arbor Township Board Regular Meeting

February 20, 2018 Minutes Synopsis

Clerk, Bonnie Quick, called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Glen Arbor Town Hall meeting room. Supervisor Van Nort was not present; all other board members were present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. The agenda was presented with additions and modifications and approved. The minutes of the 01/16/2018 Regular Meeting were approved as presented. Public Comments: None. Wage and Salary Advisory Commission approved a 2.1% increase for each elected official. The Treasurer reported 02/20/18 cash on hand - $4,094,431.19. Expenses $43,720.95, Payroll $88,873.85 for General Fund and Emergency Services. Both General Fund payroll and expenses and Emergency Services payroll and expenses were approved to be paid by motion. Emergency Services Advisory Commission Report: Bill Witler. Fire Chief Operations Report: Chief Dodson. The Zoning Administrators Report: submitted in writing. The Monthly Assessors Report: submitted in writing. The correspondence was reviewed and accepted as presented. Unfinished Business: Circuit Court decision on Dana L. Roman-Cowell. Resignation of George Quarderer from the Zoning Board of Appeals. New Business: Budget Amendments. Quote for new laptop. Planning Commission Report: John Peppler, Public Comments: Bill Witler. Note: this Public Hearing was previously noticed to be held on April 16, 2018. This notice serves to reschedule that meeting to May 21, 2018, as indicated below.

The Kasson Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 21, 2018 starting at 7:00 PM, in the Kasson Township Hall, 10988 S Newman Rd, Maple City

The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the modification of an existing Special Use Permit for Earth Removal, Gravel Processing, and Mining Operations, by adding 30 acres to the previously approved mining area.
