Winokur, 28, of 1403 Donald Ave., Royal Oak — Sentenced after pleading guilty to impaired driving; to complete three days community service in lieu of six days in jail (may be completed downstate); ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol or illegal drugs; not to use or possess any illegal drugs or mood-altering substance or non-prescribed drug (including medical marijuana); must provide a list of prescription drugs to the court; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone and be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers; must attend, cooperate and complete Adult Highway Safety Program; take and pass random alcohol screenings four times a month; must not operate a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license; $1,150 fines and costs; one year probation.

Eli L. Saffell, 24, of 3558 N. Manitou Trail, Leland — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to domestic violence; bond continued; pre-trial set for Tuesday.

Drake D. Teller, 22, of 9213 S. Johnny St. #14, Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating without a license and failure to report an accident; bond continued; pre-trial set for Tuesday.

Westley R. Ivankovich, 61, of 1 Old Homestead Rd., Glen Arbor — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to failure to report an accident; bond continued; pretrial set for Tuesday.

Jeffry W. Knapp, 53, of 5429 Moore Rd., Williamsburg — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to possession of a controlled substance (marijuana); $500 personal/ recognizance bond set; ordered not to consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs (including medical marijuana); benchline urine screening ordered with discretionary drug and alcohol tests; pretrial set for Tuesday.

Kenneth T. Streufert, 25, of 9515 Bailey Rd., East Jordan — Failed to appear for arraignment on charge of possession of marijuana; $500 bond forfeited with 50-mile pick-up.

Kyle W. Poff, 39, of 4187 Avenue A, Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating with a suspended/ revoked or expired license; waives jury trial; set for bench trial; bond continued.

Elijah D. Shomin, 23, of 11235 E. Ode To Minmikun, Suttons Bay — Pleaded guilty to attempted resisting/obstructing a police officer; alcohol/drug assessment and pre-sentence investigation ordered; bond continued; to be sentenced July 17.

Harvey R. Warburton, 79, of 7871 W. Day Forest Rd., Empire — Sentenced after pleading guilty to impaired driving; to complete three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, including nonprescription drugs and medical marijuana; must provide a list of prescriptions to the court; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful to court employees, service and or care providers; must attend and complete to Adult Highway Safety Program and Impact Panel; take and pass random alcohol tests four times per month plus discretionary screenings; must not operate a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license or where alcohol/illegal drugs are present; probation officer may reduce testing at their discretion; $1,170 fines and costs; one year probation.

Jacob E. Melichar, 25, of 10060 Melichar Dr., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; to serve three additional days in jail; probation continued with same terms and conditions; four hours weekly community service ordered.

Shay A. Palmer, 24, of 2278 Harding Ave., Manistee — Picked up on a show cause warrant for failing to pay fines and costs owed; released upon payment of $100; then payment plan set up with court.

Joaquin R. Alfonseca, 41, of 2968 NW Bay Shore Dr., Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to disturbing the peace; bond continued; next court date Tuesday.
