Robison, 75, of 9388 York Woods Dr., Saline — Sentenced after pleading guilty to impaired driving; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs on non-prescription medications; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass with the exception of the dining room area of The Homestead; must not behave in violent, threatening, intimidating or harrassing manner toward anyone and be respectful to all court employees, service and/or care providers; attend and complete and Impact Panel (may be in area where he lives); and an Adult Highway Safety Program; take and pass random alcohol testing four times per month; discretionary aochol and/or drug screening; $1,150 fines and cost ; 365 days probation.

Nicholas T. OHanesian, 18, of 10426 S. High Meadows Ct., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a bond violation; to serve five days in jail; alcohol and drug assessment ordered; also pleaded guilty to underlying charge of operating while intoxicated; to be sentenced July 24.

Ronald A. Fox, 30, of 9288 N. Long Lake Rd., Traverse City — Waived his right to jury trial on charge of secondoffense operating with a suspended/ revoked/denied license; bench trial to be scheduled; bond continued.

Drake D. Teller, 30, 0f 9213 S. Johnny St., #14, Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to failure to report an accident; bond continued; to be sentenced July 24.

Josie L. Morgan, 33, of 1041 Mangum Rd., Marquette — Pleaded guilty to illegal transport of medical marijuana; bond continued; to be sentenced July 24.

Carl D. Brooks, 47, of 1215 Shore, Ypsilanti — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; to serve 10 additional days in jail; fines and costs preserved; probation revoked/ unsuccessful.

Dawn M. Mork, 54, of P.O. Box 631, Northport — Pleaded guilty to operating while impaired (second offense); bond continued; to be sentenced July 17.

Skylar M. Korson, 19, of 994 S. Herman Rd., Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to lying to a police officer during an investigation; bond continued; pre-trial hearing set for July 17.

Joaquin R. Maddox, 22, 994 S. Herman Rd., Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to lying to a police officer during an investigation; operating without security and failure to report an accident; bond continued; pre-trial hearing set for July 17.

Joaquin R. Alfonseca, 41, of 2968 NW Bay Shore Dr., Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty to disturbing the peace; to serve seven days in jail; $935 fines and costs.
