Carlson, 35, of 3990 Trillium, Leland — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating with a blood-alcohol content greater than .17; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol/illegal drugs/ non-prescription medications; must not behave in a violent, threatening intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers; take and pass twice daily PBTs; participate in a “relapse prevention group” with after care and follow recommendation; $1,285 fines and costs; 365 days probation.

Gregory H. Nash, 62, of 23390 Hoxie Rd., North Adams — Appeared on a show cause hearing for payment of restitution; sum increased to $12,000 with credit for $200 payment made today; probation continued.

Pjotrs Necajevs, 31, of 8953 Lock Gate Circle, Troy — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to disorderly person/ drunk and operating under the influence of liquor, greater than .17; bond continued; pre-trial set for Tuesday.

Westley R. Ivankovich, 61, of 1 Old Homestead Rd., Glen Arbor — Pleaded guilty to civil infraction of violation of the basic speed law.

Matthew E. Peplinski, 40, of 2121 N. Schomberg Rd., Lake Leelanau — Sentenced after pleading guilty to embezzlement from a vulnerable adult ($200 to $1,000); to serve 30 days in jail with work release; seven days community service in lieu of 10 days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs and non-prescription medications; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service and/or car providers; complete a substance abuse program as directed by probation officer and theft therapy or equivalent counseling; discretionary alcohol and/or drug screening with benchmark urine screening; must have no contract, directly or indirectly with victim; $3,002 fines, costs and restitution; 730 days probation.

Dipak Adhikari, 36, of 6991 S. Swede Rd., Northport — Sentenced after pleading guilty to failure to report an accident; to perform five days community service in lieu of 10 days in jail; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal or non-prescription medications; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers; obtain a substance abuse assessment; take and pass random alcohol tests four times a month and drug testing twice a month; must not operate a motor vehicle without valid license, insurance or under controlled substances; $925 fines and costs; one year probation.

Erick Romain, 31, of 6539 E. Willow Pine Rd., Lake Leelanau — Failed to appear for arraignment on charge of failure to report an accident; $500 bond forfeited; bench warrant issued with 50-mile pickup.

Guy M. Cirillo, 36, of 26599 29 Mile Rd., Lenox — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to assault and battery; bond continued; pre-trial set for Tuesday.

Kenneth T. Streufert, 23, of 09515 Bailey Rd., East Jordan — Pleaded guilty at arraignment to possession of a controlled substance/marijuana; bond continued; to be sentenced July 31.

Joshua T. Newman, 26, of 10615 S. Slope Dr., Traverse City —Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; to serve five days community service in lieu of 10 days in jail.

Jose L. Berrospe, 24, of 9202 S. Johnny St., Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to disorderly person/drunk; bond continued; pre-trial set for July 24.

Marissa B. Casto, 23, of 15881 McClellan, Apt. A19, Marshall — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating under the influence of liquor, greater than .17; bond continued; pretrial hearing set for Tuesday.

William M. Ullenbruch, 25, of 226 E. Ninth St., Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating while intoxicated/impaired, second offense; bond continued; pre-trial set for Tuesday.

Michael D. Ceballos-Miller, 32, of 402 N. Beville Ave., Indianapolis — Pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated and driving without a valid license; bond set at 10 percent $10,000; ordered not to consume or be in possession of alcohol/illegal drugs; once daily PBTs ordered; random urine screenings twice monthly; must not enter bars; be in the possession of weapons; must not have violent/intimidating/harassing behavior toward anyone; alcohol/drug assessment and pre-sentence investigation ordered; to be sentenced Tuesday.

Rudy Shomin, 25, of 2349 Treelane Dr., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty at video arraignment to a bond violation; bond set at 10 percent, $10,000; pretrial hearing set for Tuesday.

Robert W. DeYoung, 27, of 4209 22 Mile Rd., Kent City — Pleaded not guilty to two bond violations; not guilty to a third bond violation; remanded until hearing Tuesday.

Tyler R. Bergstrom, 25, 20212 Nofsger Rd., Lake Ann — Pleaded guilty to operating impaired, second offense; pre-sentence investigation and alcohol assessment ordered; bond continued; to be sentenced July 26.

Jeffery R. Severance, 47, of 4268 Townline Rd., Standish — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; pre-trial hearing set for Tuesday.

Sterling W. Clark III, 36, of 19255 Range Line Road, Bowling Green, Ohio — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to domestic violence; bond continued; pre-trial hearing set for Tuesday.
