Beville Ave., Indianapolis — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated and driving without valid license; to serve 93 days in jail; $1,500 fines and costs. Also pleaded not guilty at Circuit Court arraignment on unlawful driving away and motor vehicle and habitual offender, third; preliminary hearing waived; bond continued.

Annabel F. LaLonde, 32, of 842 Birchwood Ave., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal or non-prescription drugs; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that sells alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees; attend, cooperate and complete an Adult Highway Safety Program and Impact Panel; take and pass once daily PBTs; $1,150 fines and costs; 730 days probation; must contact probation officer after returning from Vietnam.

Chval, 55, of 272 Stonegate Rd., Clarendon Hills, Ill. — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating impaired; three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal or non-prescription drugs; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that sells alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees; attend, cooperate and complete an Adult Highway Safety Program and Impact Panel; take and pass random alcohol testing four times per month; $1,151 fines and costs; 365 days probation; may be released after six months if all conditions are met.

Raymond A. Chalfant, 36, of 134 W. Mesick Ave., Mesick — Failed to appear for hearing; $100 bond; bench warrant issued.

Mauricio L. Southbird, 23, of 10201 N. Foxview Dr., Northport — Pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace; presentence investigation and alcohol/drug assessment ordered; bond continued; to be sentenced Aug. 8.

Eli L. Saffell, 24, of 3558 N. Manitou Trail, Leland — Sentenced after pleading guilty to domestic violence; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs or non-prescription medication; may possess alcohol/ enter bars for work purposes only; must not reside where alcohol, illegal drugs or firearms/weapons are present; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; attend MENS, a minimum of 36 consecutive weekly sessions with no unexcused absences; drug testing two times per month; no contact with the victims; $1,275 fines and costs; 365 days probation.

Jose L. Berrospe, 24, of 9202 S. Johnny St., Traverse City — Pleaded no contest at arraignment to disorderly/ drunk person; pre-sentence investigation and alcohol/drug assessment ordered; bond continued; sentencing set for Aug. 14.

Sara N. Antoine, 36, of 1926 Snowshoe Lane, Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to allowing an unlicensed person to operate a motor vehicle; $630 fines and costs.

Drake D. Teller, 21 of 9213 S. Johnny St., #14, Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to failure to report an accident; three days community service in lieu of jail; ordered not to consume or be in possession of alcohol, illegal and non-prescription medication; may possess alcohol/enter bars for work purposes only; be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers; drug testings four time per month; $782 fines and costs with restitution yet to be determined; six months probation.

Josie L. Morgan, 34, of 1041 Mangum Rd., Marquette — Sentenced after pleading guilty to illegal transportation of medical marijuana; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, non-prescription drugs; or medical marijuana; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; attend, cooperate and complete a Marijuana Awareness Group; random drug testing twice monthly; $1,175 fines and costs; 365 days probation.

Bjorn S. Dulaney, 34, of 5408 U.S. 31 N, Williamsburg — Requests and an attorney is appointed; bond continued; pre-trial set for Tuesday.

Sara L. Holcombe, 42, of 2830 Silver Farms Lane, Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating with a blood-alcohol content greater than .17; bond continued; pretrial set for Tuesday.

Peter M. ODon, 23, of 1066 N. Morningview Lane, Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; pre-trial set for Aug. 8.

Kenneth R. Mitchell, 36, of 9720 N. Carlson Rd., Northport — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to embezzling from an vulnerable adult (between $200 and $1,000); bond continued; pretrial hearing set for Aug. 14.

Cheryl G. Correll, 70, of 16441 Wagner Rd., Lake Ann — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; pre-trial set for Tuesday.

Matthew C. LaFrance, 41, of 2801 Princeton Dr., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; five additional days in jail; probation terminated/ unsuccessful.

Guy Cirillo, 36, of 26599 29 Mile Rd., Lenox — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a bond violation; to serve seven days in jail (to be held in abeyance); pre-sentence investigation and drug/alcohol assessment ordered.
