Cheryl Correll, 71, of 16441 Wagner Rd., Lake Ann — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs or non-prescription medications; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service and or car providers; must attend and complete an Alcohol Highway Safety Program and an Impact Panel; daily PBTs and discretionary alcohol testing; $1,025 fines and costs; 365 days probation.

Tyler R. Bergstrom, 25, of 20212 Nofsger Rd., Lake Ann — Sentenced after pleading guilty to second-offense operating while intoxicated/impaired; to serve five days in jail with credit for time served; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs or non-prescription medication; provide a list of prescriptions to the court; must not reside whether alcohol, illegal drugs or firearms/weapons are present; must not enter bars, casinos, or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers; must attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meeting per week with written verification and obtain a 12-step program sponsor within 90 days; must attend and complete the Men’s Early Recovery Group with no unexcused absences; take and pass twice-daily PBTs and drug testing four times a month in addition to discretionary screening; $1,250 fines and costs; 24 months probation.

Rudy Shomin, 25, of 2349 Treelane Dr., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to disturbing the peace; $775 fines and costs.

Brian G. Fraser, 27, of 5751 Algonquin Rd., Gaylord — Failed to appear for arraignment on second-offense possession of marijuana; $1,000 bond forfeited; bench warrant issued.

Kenneth T. Streufert, 23, of 09515 Bailey Rd., East Jordan — Sentenced after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana; driver’s license suspended for 30 days, then restricted for six months; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal or nonprescription drugs; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service an;or care providers; must attend three 12-step program meetings per week with written verification; obtain a 12-step sponsor within 60 days; complete Early Recovery Group program; take and pass random alcohol testing four times per month; random drug tests four times per month; $925 fines and costs; 365 days probation.

Amy R. Graham, 41, of P.O. Box 21, Cedar — Sentenced after pleading guilty to disturbing the peace; to perform five days community service in lieu of 10 days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession alcohol, illegal or non-prescription medications; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service and or care providers; $675 fines and costs; six months probation.

Michael A. Child, 39, of 5700 West Gate Dr., Fort Worth, Texas — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating while intoxicated; bond continued.

Jeffery R. Severance, 47, of P.O. Box 221, Standish — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating impaired; to perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal or non-prescription medications; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers; must attend, cooperate and complete a Basic Awareness Group or equivalent; take and pass PBTs once daily plus drug and or alcohol screening at the discretion of the court; $1,400 fines and costs; 365 days probation.

Bjorn S. Dulaney, 34, of 5408 U/S. 31 N, Williamsburg — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; to serve seven additional days in jail with credit for two days served; status conference set of Aug. 14.

Michael J. Wedra, 21, of 2789 Charles Place, Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to open intoxicants in a motor vehicle; $275 fines and costs.

Keaton Ivery-James Basner, 21, of 1115 Mackinaw St., Saginaw — Pleaded not guilt during video arraignment to operating without security; bond set at $2,500 personal recognizance; pre-trial set for Aug. 14.
