Second try for wine, water event

The Leelanau Peninsula Chamber of Commerce isn’t thwarted easily.

The Chamber for the second time this summer plans to hold its annual Wine on the Water festival, which is set for 1-7 p.m. Saturday in Suttons Bay Marina Park. Tickets include a commemorative wine glass, plus tasting tokens.

The festival was planned last month but canceled due to a threat of rain.
