Ryan R. Grant, 30, of 8470 Bent Pine Dr., Lake Ann — Pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated and use of a controlled substance; bond continued; to be sentenced Sept. 4.

Emma M. Richter, 19, of 2342 N. Lake Leelanau Dr., Lake Leelanau — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; must complete three days community service in lieu three days in jail; probation continued.

Carissa L. Smith, 43, of P.O. Box 12, Brethren —Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; 10 additional days in jail to be held in abeyance; must schedule an appointment with Munson Behavioral Health; probation continued.

Jodi M. Slaby, 47, of P.O. Box 621, Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty to a probation violation; bond continued; to be set for a hearing.

Sara L. Holcombe, 42, of 2630 Silver Farms Lane, Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; sentencing set for Sept. 25.

Ashley M. Gaudinier, 35, 1000 U.S. 31 North, Room 124, Traverse City — Arraigned on charge of domestic violence; may be in home starting 7 a.m. Monday through Friday to 7 p.m.; neighbor must be present during transition; bond continued; sentencing set for Tuesday.

Erick Romain, 31, of 6539 E. Willow Pointe Dr., Lake Leelanau — Pleaded guilty at arraignment to failure to report an accident; bond continue; sentencing set for Sept. 4.

William A. Anderson, 35, of 2500 Peshawbestown Rd., Suttons Bay — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to disorderly/drunk person; bond reduced to $2,500; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of drugs (including medical marijuana); once daily PBTs ordered; four times a month urine screening; pretrial set for Sept. 4.

Joseph G. Winowiecki, 37, of 10161 E. Hilltop Rd., Suttons Bay — Arraigned via video on charge of fleeing and eluding an officer (fourth degree) and habitual offender, second; bond tinued; preliminary exam set for Sept. 11.

Jason D. Holland, 27, of 11125 E. Lee Mann Rd., Northport — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; pretrial set for Tuesday.

Carol J. Stowe, 54, of 6484 E. Duck Lake Rd., Lake Leelanau — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating with a blood alcohol content higher than .17; pre-trial hearing set for Tuesday.

Clara E. Shoemaker, 21, of 258 Vanderpool Lane, Houston, Texas — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating with a blood alcohol content higher than .17; to perform five days community service in lieu of 10 days in jail; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs or nonprescription medication; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care givers; allowed to travel to Australia; complete an Impact Weekend or equivalent in Texas with twice daily PBTs until departure to Australia and then upon return; $1,150 fines and costs; $1,150 fines and costs; 730 days probation.

William Ullenbruch, 25, of 226 E. Ninth St., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to second-offense operating while under the influence of alcohol; bond continued; sentencing set for Sept. 4.

Sara K. Barber, 25, of 9902 McPherson Rd., Millington — Pleaded not guilty at arraignment to operating while intoxicated and attempted assault/ restrict or obstruct a law enforcement officer; bond continued; pre-trial set for Tuesday.

Dawn M. Mork, 54, of P.O. Box 631, Northport — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while impaired/second offense; to serve five days in jail with credit for one day served; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs and non-prescription medications, including medical marijuana; must not enter bars, casinos or anywhere that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must attend two 12-step program meetings a week with written verification; complete an Impact Panel and Basic Awareness Group; random drug testing four times per month; may not operate a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol/illegal drugs; $1,170 fines and costs; 24 months probation.

Bjourn S. Dulaney, 34, of 5408 U.S. 31 N., Williamsburg — Pleaded guilty at arraignment to assault/assault and battery; bond set at 10 percent $10,000; alcohol/drug assessment ordered; sentencing set for Sept. 18.

Skylar M. Korson, 19, of 994 S. Herman Rd., Suttons Bay — Pleaded guilty to lying to police; bond continued; sentencing set for Sept. 18.

Justin C. Judd, 38, of 12101 S. Gilbert Rd., Empire — Failed to appear for hearing; $500 bond forfeited; bench warrant issued with 50-mile pickup.

Ricardo Valenzuela, 26, of 7990 E. Horn Rd., Apt. 11, Lake Leelanau — Failed to appear for hearing on charge of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle; $200 bond forfeited.

Mason A. Houston, 20, of NR121 S. Solon Rd., Cedar — Failed to appear for hearing on charge of possession of marijuana; bench warrant issued with 50-mile pickup.

Ronald S. Patterson, 59, of 876 Kelly St., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty at arraignment to disturbing the peace; must change residence; may go one time to remove personal items; alcohol and drug assessment ordered; sentencing scheduled for Sept. 4.

Gregory C. Hodge, 71, of 223 S. Shore Dr., Suttons Bay — Stood mute to charge of unlawful use of a license plate.
