Bigelow, 61, of 8836 Cedar Run Rd., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to impaired driving; to complete three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, non-prescription drugs or medical marijuana; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees or care providers; must complete a Men’s Recovery Group; take and pass random alcohol testing four times per month and drug testing two times per month; $1,004 fines and costs; 1 year probation.

Elmwood Ave., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; to complete three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; must not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, non-prescription medications and no medical marijuana; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers. Must cooperate and complete and Adult Highway Safety Program and Impact Panel; take and pass PBTs four times a month at random and drug testing twice a month; $1,150 fines and costs; $1,348 restitution.

Pjotrs Necajevs, 32, of 6953 Lock Gate Circle, Troy — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; to perform three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, non-prescription drugs or medical marijuana; must not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees, service and /or care providers; must attend, cooperate and complete an Adult Highway Safety Program and Impact Panel; must take and pass PBTs once daily; discretionary alcohol and/ or drug screening; must bring any travel for work up with probation officer; $1,170 fines and costs; 1 year probation.

James W. Drummond, 31, of 601 Riverine Dr., Apt. 201, Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; to complete three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; ordered not to consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, non-prescription medications and no medical marijuana; must not behave in a violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing manner toward anyone; must be respectful of all court employees or care providers; must complete outpatient treatment and take and pass PBTs daily; must talk to probation officer about any travel for work; $1,180 fines and costs; 1 year probation.

Ricardo Valenzuela, 26, of 7990 E. Horn Rd.. Apt. 11, Lake Leelanau — Failed to appear for arraignment on charge of failure to report an accident; $1,000 bond forfeited; bench warrant issued.

Alexis M. Bradish, 19, of 348 Yuba St., Muskegon — Stood mute at arraignment on charge of third-degree retail fraud; bond continued; pre-trial set for Sept. 11.

Carol J. Stowe, 54, of 6484 E. Duck Lake Rd., Lake Leelanau — Pleaded guilty to operating with a blood-alcohol content of greater than .17; bond continued with all same terms and conditions; pre-sentence investigation completed and alcohol/drug assessment done; to be sentenced Tuesday.
