The Northport Arts Association will host photographer Bill Muempfers at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Village Arts Building.  Muempfers has been a photographer since he was given a camera as a child. Over the years he has become known as an expert travel photographer and he has accompanied organizations and groups on their travels and recorded memorable moments.
