Ingredients:
2 cans red kidney beans, drained
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 lbs. ground beef, cooked & drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic
2 T. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin (important)
1 can or less tomato juice enough to  ll crock-pot
Directions:
Combine everything in crock-pot and cook on high 5 hours, or for best taste, cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. Ready when you get home from work.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
This makes a mild chili. You can add red pepper or hot sauce to your taste.
Cut everything in half for a smaller batch and only add 1 pint of tomato juice.
Crock-pot chili will warm you day.
