About the Guide
Your hosts on a visit to Leelanau County include the owners of local businesses, who welcome you to the Peninsula. The Leelanau Visitors Guide provides a conduit for their messages.
The Guide is published by the Leelanau Enterprise, Inc., which is also locally owned. Please send inquiries to the Enterprise, 7200 E. Duck Lake Road, Lake Leelanau, MI 49653, or email info@LeelanauNews.com.
Credits
Credit for the LVG design goes to Mike Anderson, director of composition at the Enter- prise. Dang, Mike, how do you make the LVG and yourself look younger every year?
We were blessed with a team of quality writers and photographers in preparing the Leelanau Enterprise led by Jen Murphy, whose contributions for the community descriptions were essential. Jen Berkson provided several
pieces, and Linda Hepler Beaty assembled the calendars of events. Photos were provided by local shutterbug Ron Kramer as well as mem- bers of the Leelanau Enterprise news staff.
Phil Morman did an outstanding job selling advertisements.
Actually, credit goes to all members of the Enterprise staff, from our advertising reps to our front of ce personnel to Enterprise Printing manager Ken Lorincz to our crew in the back room who stuffed all 140 pages of the LVG into the Enterprise.
Thanks to all. You did a great job.
Alan and Debra Campbell
About the cover
As usual, Ken Scott’s bal- ance and timing was perfect in our cover shot, which stopped a Lake Michigan wave in its tracks.
