11:24 a.m. — Leland Township — Approximately 40 tires have been dumped along the roadway, north of the bus garage. On township property.
12:42 p.m. — Bingham Township — Neighbor is installing a fence on caller’s property.
2:30 p.m. — Kasson Township — Assault and battery.
2:38 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller’s son has been keeping a dog for an individual and they won’t come and get it. Caller would like to speak with tribal police about their options.
5:52 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller is having problems from his brother’s house after he moved out. Would like a call to discuss his options.
7:55 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — GTB received a direct request for police to be at her house immediately.
Wednesday, March 6
1:23 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller is 99 years old. Niece lives on the other side of the house and was supposed to come help with caller 30 minutes ago. Don’t know where she is.
6:37 a.m. — Leland Township — Cow near the road. All animals are back in. Owner is back to take care of them.
10:50 a.m. — Solon Township — Honda 2020 Accord repossession.
5:35 p.m. — Empire Township — Girl between 7 and 10 years of age, riding bike on the side of M-22 going northbound.
6:47 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Male in black, Toyota Highlander smoking marijuana.
8:38 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Caller’s son was coerced online to send photos. Then was told he would need to send money or else they would release them.
Friday, March 8
4:48 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Law enforcement over the radio for illegal burn. Fire extinguished.
9 p.m. — Kasson Township — Accident reported. Caller believes there is only one vehicle involved on sobrieties. One in custody for operating while intoxicated.
Saturday, March 9
2:09 a.m. — Solon Township — Vehicle in the road or possibly in the ditch. One in custody on sobrieties.
4:20 a.m. — Leland Township — Car door in the roadway with some glass. Out with the car. Passenger side door and the guardrail was damaged as well.
6:43 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Large tree partially blocking roadway. Road hazard to be removed.
5:27 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Motor vehicle crash investigation.
6:25 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Young kids slid off road. Need to be towed between trees.
8:13 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Single vehicle rollover. No injuries.
Sunday, March 10
1:11 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Vehicle in the parking lot for a while. Possible MIP situation.
9:43 a.m. — Leland Township — White Corvette parked on the north side of M-204. Caller could not get it up the hill last night with the weather. Is going to try to move it today or tomorrow but didn’t want anyone thinking it was abandoned.
2:32 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Small SUV at the end of the driveway with a male in it. Not sure how long the vehicle has been there. Caller thought it was strange and didn’t want to have further contact but thought it should be checked.
8:20 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Caller thinks someone may be living in her house while they live out of the state in Ohio.
Caller believes that her furnace broke, which caused the pipes to freeze. Also her kids were up here after her and probably let things laying around. She did not need law enforcement to respond to the house.
Monday, March 11
2:54 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller reports his daughter is being threatened.
9:29 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Gate was ajar on the yard. Half-eaten sucker on the counter. A month ago, caller could hear a phone ringing but none of the employees had their phones off silent. Caller had her husband check the premise and nothing was damaged or out of place. Caller just wants this put on the record.
10:20 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller hired a general contractor out of Grand Rapids. Paid 80% of the quote. But only 50% of the work is done. Caller states employees are not being paid but are still bringing materials to the house. 6:29 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Miscellaneous juvenile activity. Caller would like to make two complaints.
7:54 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Guy walking around the neighborhood with a dog. Opened the caller’s front door. He is on foot talking to neighbors. Under the influence of something.
Tuesday, March 12
3:52 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller is concerned because the side gate was open yesterday and there was trash on the kitchen counter. Caller is nervous and would like a deputy to search the building and see if there’s evidence of someone on the premise. (Law enforcement checked the building. No cause for concern.)
8:16 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Woman and her son are being harassed by someone in Cherry Bend Park.
9:24 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Tribal police requested to respond to an incident at an intersection involving a dark colored sedan. The vehicle approached a pedestrian and then someone got out and the person began throwing rocks at the pedestrian.
