Knot Just a Bar offers new breakfast hours

Breakfast lovers in Omena and throughout the county can now stop by Knot Just a Bar seven days a week for some tasty morning bites. Breakfast lovers in Omena and throughout the county can now stop by Knot Just a Bar seven days a week for some tasty morning bites. The restaurant announced in early February that it would begin offering breakfast Monday through Friday instead of just on Sundays, as well as expanding its morning menu.

“There’s really something for everybody on there — whether it’s a made to order omelet or kids items, but we’re really excited about how it really is taking off,” said David Waskiewicz, Knot Just a Bar owner. “Our Sundays have always been kind of popular, and we kind of noticed there was not really anywhere in this neck of the woods doing breakfast.”

Considering how popular breakfast was on Sundays among locals, Waskiewicz said they were already thinking about offering more options this summer. Instead of waiting for summertime, he said they wanted to get started sooner and decided to expand hours and options earlier than expected to see what happens.
