Well, we came through another St. Patty’s day practically unscathed. The weather was rather cool but didn’t stop diehard crawlers, all the “Irishman” had a great time and everyone is Irish on St. Patty’s day.
Congratulations to Glen Lake School boys and girls basketball teams. They both looked great and gave it their all. They did well and represented Glen Lake school proudly.
If you’ve never been there, get out to the old barn sometime. Public television will air “Saving the barn, the Leelanau County Poor Farm.” It should be interesting. The film is a multi-year project of the Leelanau County Historic Preservation Society. Public television broadcasts times will be Thursday, March 21 and Saturday, March 23.
