Congratulations to the Leelanau Enterprise and its staff for serving our county with a first-class publication. The fact that you have won awards in so many categories this year is a testament to fine leadership and talent.

In 2024, a year with many challenges to come, voters will rely on your resources and insight to keep informed about what is happening, both locally and in the state as issues affect our outlook and decision-making. While you do not often issue partisan perspectives, your coverage of local and county governments offers valuable insight on issues and elected officials support healthy discussions. Thank you for your long “years of service.”
