Dictator?

To the editor:

Webster says a dictator is a ruler having absolute authority, power, and supreme jurisdiction over the government of a state; especially, one who is considered tyrannical or oppressive.

The worst and most famous dictators in history are: Hitler, Mussolini, Ferdinand, Marco, Joseph Stalin, Francisco Franco, Lenin, Mao, Kim and Vladimir Putin.
