The Leelanau County Housing Collaborative, a group of four organizations focused on creating a Housing Action Plan for Leelanau County, is announcing the housing survey to help bring housing for all to Leelanau County.

The members of the Collaborative are Housing North, the Leelanau Peninsula Economic Foundation, Sleeping Bear Gateways Council, and the Leelanau County Housing Action Committee. The collaborative plans to use the results of the survey to create opportunities for community engagement to provide clear solutions to the county commissioners and other key leaders around housing. The first phase of the plan is to engage the community through a housing survey for those living, working and/or wanting to live in Leelanau County.

The survey went live on Monday, April 8. The goal is to reach as many residents as possible to help inform them of the next steps for creating the Housing Action Plan.
