Support for Sheriff

To the editor:

The Michigan Police Association was invited by a presidential candidate to discuss crime. The Biden Administration has not done that. Sheriff Mike Borkovich is the hardest working person in county government. He takes one day to meet with a presidential candidate to address our local issues during a work week that’s often twice the 35 hours put in by most county employees, and detractors make it sound like he’s robbing the treasury.

He will continue to look after the safety of all residents because that’s who he is. Shame on those whose hate for Trump controls their opinions of others.
