Bentley, 211 Ida Dr., Scottsville, Kentucky —Sentenced after pleading guilty to malicious destruction of personal property; five days community service (in lieu of 10 days in jail); may not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, recreational marijuana; no non-prescription drugs and provide a lists of prescriptions to the court; no violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing behavior toward anyone; be respectful of court employees, service and/or care providers; obtain a mental health assessment and follow recommendations; take and pass random alcohol/drug screening eight times per month; may not enter Northport Pub & Grille; must write letters to victims through probation officer; $1,649 fines, costs and restitution; one year probation.

Haley J. Gilland, 659 Bay Hill Drive, Apt. 7, Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to third-degree retail fraud; be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers; must take and complete theft therapy class; $1,300 fines, costs and court-appointed attorney fees; restitution total, $131.14 to be paid off in $50 monthly installments; failure to do so will result in 15 days in jail; one year probation.

Natasha M. Sobczak, 3111 E. Whitman St., Cedar — Pleaded guilty to operating impaired; bond continued; May 17 sentence date.

Toby O. Conachan, 5221 W. County Line Rd., Buckley — Pleaded guilty to operating with a blood-alcohol content greater than .17; bond continued; substance abuse investigation ordered; sentence date May 17.

Samuel E. Busk, 1460 N. Eagle Hwy., Lake Leelanau — Bond conditions amended to limit communications with victim to text, email or in writing; OK to go on property to remove items with Prosecuting Attorneys Office arranging a date; bond continued.

Michael A. Rennie, 10057 W. Michigan St., Apt. 2, Empire — Pleaded guilty to operating impaired; bond continued; May 17 sentence date.

Thomas D. Cress Jr., 4435 W. Buttercup Lane, Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading to operating while license suspended; $800 fines and costs.

Eric M. Dickson, 12101 E. Norris Rd., Apt. 3, Suttons Bay — Failed to appear for preliminary examination of charges of fleeing and eluding, operating without security; and habitual offender; bond forfeited; bench warrant issued.

James D. Mills, 13720 S. Newman Rd., Maple City — Arraigned on the following charges: malicious destruction of property greater than $1,000 and less than $20,000, assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless driving and failure to report an accident; bond set at $75,000 personal recognizance; may not consume or possess alcohol/drugs, no marijuana or non-prescription medications; daily PBTs; no electronic devices except court, attorney, work, medical and family; must at GPS prior to release; probable cause conference May 3.
