Glen Lake clay target team shooting for the stars

The Glen Lake Clay Target team is entering the season with seven returning team members joined by two others having prior experience. Glen Lake junior Austin O’Connor showed his team members how it’s done shooting a 25 straight earlier in April during the reserve week.

The Glen Lake Clay Target team is entering the season with seven returning team members joined by two others having prior experience.

Glen Lake junior Austin O’Connor showed his team members how it’s done shooting a 25 straight earlier in April during the reserve week.

On Friday, April 26, the Lakers had their first competition at the Cedar Rod & Gun Club.

Glen Lake junior Alex Eaton and sophomore Eddie Noonan both shot 25 straights their first round.

“Everyone’s season is off to a great start and we are excited to see where it takes our team,” Glen Lake coach Beth Mikowski said.

Glen Lakes roster includes O’Connor, Eaton, and Noonan as well as senior Colin Kasben, juniors Ethan Verschaeve, Collin Ostrowski, Travis Krohn, sophomores Reilly Kinnee, and Henry Plamondon.
