St. Mary fourth grader Aubrey VanThomme researched her family history and culture as part of the school’s annual Ancestry Day last week. She chose France in honor of her family history, researching it and reporting her findings through interactive displays. Students create a family tree, learn about the native language, dress, food, religion and currency.
