The League of Women Voters of Leelanau County, the Suttons Bay Community Church and Versiti will hold a blood drive today from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the community meeting room of the Leelanau County Government Center.
An important reminder for the donor community: Drink plenty of water leading up to donation day, especially day-of AND be sure to eat hearty leading up to the day — at the very least do not attempt donating on an empty stomach. Snacks, water and juice will be available. All donors must have picture ID with them when checking in.
