Holy Rosary Church has announced the lineup for the Leelanau Summer Music Festival (LSMF) which begins June 27.
The Votapek Family will perform at the first event. Piano virtuoso Ralph Votapek will be joined by his daughter, Kateryn and son, Paul. The Votapeks will perform works for violin, clarinet, piano and solo piano.
The Amie Trio will perform Wednesday, July 10. The trio, which includes violinist Ara Ter Sarkissian, violist Michael Ouzounian and cellist Evelyn Elsing, will be joined by violinist David Salness and cellist Carl Donakowski for a program of Beethoven, Webern and Schubert.
The third event, “A Muse for the Masses” is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 7.
Pianist and music director of the Traverse City Philharmonic Kevin Rhodes will join Donakowski in a program honoring the life of LSMF cofounder Conrad L. Donakowski.
In addition to works for cello and piano the concert will feature a new work by American composer Eric Guinivan with video by American artist Lisa Tubach.
All performances begin at 7 p.m. Tickets go on sale Saturday.
